Zen Pagan Morality
There are no rules in Zen Paganism. There are merely suggestions for what may enhance your progress towards awakening and what may divert or inhibit you.
You have a personal understanding of fairness, justice and equality. Whether you have the courage to implement this understanding through your actions will be an issue for you to address in your own practice.
Just because you're doing something, doesn't mean that you think that it's right, even if you can manage to tell yourself that it's right.
Here are a few sayings, that may be useful.

"If it sounds right, do it. If it didn't feel right, don't do it again."
"Bring a man down and you'll shine for a moment, but raise a man up and you'll glow for a lifetime."
